Education FAQs
How do I register for a class?
Each Land University course is held by a licensed course provider. To register for a class, or to find out if spots are still available, please call the course provider. Contact information for course providers can be found on the Course Schedules page.
How much do courses cost?
Course registration fees are determined by the course provider and will vary depending on location and instructor. Most course registration fees range from $295-$500. To find out the registration fee of the course you are interested in, please call the phone number provided for that course by going the Course Schedules page.
Can I take the classes online?
There are currently two Land University courses offered online, Land 101: Fundamentals of Land Brokerage and Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges. To register for either online course, click here.
How many courses do I need to take for the ALC designation?
ALC candidates need to complete six Land University courses (Land 101, Land Investment Analysis, and Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges; plus three Land University electives) to apply for the ALC designation.
How do I find out how many continuing education (CE) credit hours I receive for a class?
Each course provider is responsible for submitting the RLI courses to its state Continuing Education Commission for credit. Contact the course provider to find out if the course you are registering for has been approved for CE credit. Unfortunately, RLI National does not have access to course provider CE information.
